  RULES:

• We accept almost any site (Owned domain, free hosting, WordPress, BlogSpot, etc.)
• We have the right to reject you.
• Your site must NOT have any sort of rated ‘R’ objects (porn, ‘R’ rated cuss words, etc.)
• Your site must at least look decent. (Don’t just have news, have a nice and original banner and background. Even if you don’t, you can still apply!)
• You must add us to your affiliates (we have link buttons! Go to our Site/WWW page and click on ‘Link Us’! They are all 100×35! We also accept URL links or if we are in elites, family, etc. we accept Skyler Samuels pictures!) at least 1 week after. If not, we might delete you from our affiliates, which we have a right to do.
• You must update at least every couple of days. (This rule doesn’t always apply, as some celebs just don’t have that much news. But at least put a post sometimes say ‘Celeb doesn’t have much news right now’ or something like that!)
• We prefer a fan site, however, we MIGHT except a blog if it is really cool and fun to read!

If form is not working, please notfiy us ASAP at our contact page! Family: these HAVE to be HQ Skyler OR 9 Lives OR The Gates related sites. We sometimes accept free sites, as long as they are VERY nice looking and are updated often! Elites: these are either invitation, awesome Skyler sites, OR very HQ and awesome sites. Tops: They have to be HQ sites, however, they can be WordPress sites, etc. They just have to look REALLY nice and have at least 500+ hits. Those will be featured in a drop-down menu in the sidebar. Regular: Anything other than that will be only available in the ‘Affiliates’ section by text link.
